This has some short hiking trails, suitable for an afternoon stroll.

Good place for a quick escape in the forest that's close to Calgary. I come here any season if I have a free hour or two and would like a walk. Trails are well maintained, documented well on maps, and easy to navigate. There's also a nice lookout to the Rockies and the city skyline, as well as some other historic elements in the area.

Great place to escape and still only be 30 mins away from the city!

We went for a hike in the winter. It wasn't too hard but not too easy either. Lots of options for trails if you want to go on a shorter hike. There was some type of moss all over the trees hanging off of them like leaves and it was beautiful.

Amazing place for a little hike in the forest! The loops are not very long, with some hills and it takes just a few hours to do. Not many people either, calm and serene. I didn't see much wildlife but there are deer prints here and there.
